The affection of atmosphere to SiC Super heating elements (SiC Super elements)

    The atmosphere inside the furnace has great affection to the service life of the SiC heating element. During working, the SiC Super heating elements (SiC Super elements) is oxidized gradually and produce SiO2 which seperates SiC crystals. So the local zone resistance increases and the volume expends until SiC element break down.
